At 2BLIND Commerce LLC, we are committed to providing efficient processing and secure delivery for our premium streetwear collections. Below you will find our detailed shipping terms and logistics protocols.
PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
• Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are prioritized for same-day processing.
• Standard Processing: Please allow 1–2 business days for fulfillment and quality inspection before dispatch.
• Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed outside of business hours or during public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

We offer several shipping tiers to meet your needs. All delivery windows are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.
United States (Domestic)
• Express + Theft Protection Shipping: Delivered within 4–5 business days.
• Priority + Insured Shipping: Delivered within 7–8 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 9–12 business days.
• Free Shipping: Delivered within 9–12 business days (Available on orders over $100.00).
Canada
• Express + Theft Protection Shipping: Delivered within 4–5 business days.
• Priority + Insured Shipping: Delivered within 7–8 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 9–12 business days.
• Free Shipping: Delivered within 9–12 business days (Available on orders over $150.00 CAD).
International (Australia, Mexico, New Zealand)
• Express + Theft Protection Shipping: Delivered within 4–5 business days.
• Priority + Insured Shipping: Delivered within 7–8 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 9–12 business days.
• Free Shipping: Delivered within 9–12 business days (Available on orders over $100.00).
Note: While we strive to meet these timeframes, actual transit times may vary based on carrier capacity and seasonal demand.
TRACKING & LOGISTICS
Upon dispatch, a confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to reflect the initial status update.
DELIVERY LIABILITY & THEFT PROTECTION
2BLIND Commerce LLC utilizes trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery. However, our liability is governed by the following terms:
• Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. 2BLIND cannot be held liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Theft Protection: Customers who select our "Express + Theft Protection" tier are prioritized for claims regarding lost or stolen packages. For all other tiers, 2BLIND is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
• Failed Delivery: If a package is returned due to an insufficient address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by 2BLIND Commerce LLC.
RETURNS & HYGIENE STANDARDS
To maintain strict hygiene standards for our apparel, used, worn, or opened items are not eligible for return. For more information on how to initiate a return to our designated US Fulfillment Center (and not our administrative HQ), please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
